Sharon Taylor is well known and respected in the ITSM global community. She is the Chief Architect for the ITIL and President of the Aspect Group, a North American based ITSM practice provider of training, consultancy, assessment and best practice implementation.
Sharon also holds the positions of President of the Institute of Certified Service Managers (ICSM) in North America, and Chair of the itSMF International Publications Executive Committee (IPESC).
